Had a great time spending Christmas in this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel really welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were clean with wonderful views of the surrounding area. Location was also fantastic - close to all the local attractions, restaurants and shops. Plus, the continental breakfast was really tasty and the homemade jam was a delicious touch!
The size of the room was a bit small for our liking and the hot water only lasted for a short amount of time before turning cold. , the noise from other guests in the hallway could be heard quite easily in our room, making it hard to sleep at night.

The hotel has a great location near the centre of town and the pier with beautiful sunset views. Rooms are clean and some have extremely hot water, which is a plus. Staff are helpful and informative, offering tours, laundry service, and luggage storage.
Some rooms may have issues with low cold water pressure, which may be inconvenient.
